Wet Areas & Balconies
Wet Areas & Balconies
Bathrooms, kitchens, and balconies that are sunken or not sunken need waterproofing to endure cleaning liquids, being in water for a long time, and installing tiles in dry wall systems.

These include areas that are below or above the ground, like toilets, bathrooms, internal wet areas, kitchens, balconies, and other areas in commercial buildings that are exposed to or in contact with domestic water that the people who live there use.
Waterproofing in these regions needs to be able to handle the presence of cleaning agents in water and, ideally, be able to stay in water for long periods of time, especially when utilised in sunken locations.
When utilised in dry wall systems, they also need to be more flexible and able to let tiles be installed directly with the right adhesives.
